Partner with us.

We deliver science-backed renovation briefs to high-income Austin families. You receive warm introductions to clients who already have budget and an approved scope. No referral fees flow either direction.

How it works for partners

1

We vet

A 30-minute conversation, a portfolio review, and a reference check.

2

We brief

When a client matches your profile, you receive the analysis and recommendations relevant to your scope.

3

We introduce

You meet the family with the brief in hand. The science-led case is already made.

4

You quote

You bill the family directly. We do not mark up your work. We do not take a referral fee.

5

We co-publish

Completed projects become joint case studies that lift both brands.

What you get

Three versions of the offer, by trade.

Landscape designers and outdoor-living specialists

What you get:

  • Warm introductions to families with $50K–$300K landscape budgets, already pre-sold on the biophilic and brain-health value
  • A specification framework grounded in published science (native plantings, sensory pathways, daylight integration, outdoor cognitive rest zones)
  • Co-credit in case studies on a science-led brand
  • Quarterly continuing-education sessions on biophilic neuroscience hosted by Danelle and Mike
  • Year 2: invited to the Brain Healthy Network with a small annual membership fee for vetted-partner status

What we ask: honor the brief; share before/after photos for case studies; provide a small client discount where possible.

Residential interior designers

What you get:

  • Briefs that justify upgrades to lighting, materials, and layout on measurable health grounds — not taste alone — making it easier to defend higher project budgets
  • A scientific co-author for proposals, which differentiates you in pitches against generic competitors
  • Access to a buyer segment (performance-minded parents) who routinely under-spend on interior design because they cannot justify the ROI — until now
  • Co-marketing on our case studies and microsites

What we ask: WELL-AP, NCIDQ, or equivalent credentials preferred; documented attention to acoustics, daylight, and materials health; willingness to spec to our recommendations within reason.

Custom builders and renovators

What you get:

  • A pre-qualified pipeline of families about to spend $200K–$2M on whole-house work, already aligned on a wellness-led direction
  • A scientific value-add you can promote without producing the science yourself
  • Specifications for HVAC, lighting, glazing, and envelope you can plug into existing supplier relationships
  • Joint case studies that position you against high-end competitors

What we ask: track record on high-end residential; willingness to incorporate the brief into design development; quality-of-build standard.

Specialty trades

Circadian lighting installers, whole-house air filtration, acoustic consultants, biophilic interior installers, and similar.

What you get: targeted referrals where your specific specialty maps to a recommendation in a family's plan. Lower volume than landscape or interior, but every referral is a high-intent buyer with a brief that points directly at your work.

The integrity promise

We will not take referral fees from partners. Our recommendation list is the recommendation list.

Our credibility with families depends on the absence of pay-to-play. We say so publicly on every project. In exchange, partners who deliver excellent work will see more clients over time, and we will champion them in case studies. The relationship is one of reputation and reciprocity, not commission.

Let's see if there's fit.

A 30-minute conversation. No obligations, no fees. Just a chance to map your work against ours.
